Why OTA Update First Use? For optimal performance, upgrade to software version [V1.0.039] prior to first use. If you encounter any issues, please let us know. Please follow these steps to complete the update. 1）Go to “Settings.”2）Connect to WiFi.3）Select “About” > “Upgrade” > “Online Upgrade.” **** Attention during update: 1）If WiFi fails, restart, reconnect, and continue without interruption.2）Maintain stable WiFi for a 5-30 min update.3）Keep the projector plugged in,avoid using the remote. T2 Projector Battery Duration? The usage time in video mode is 2.5H, in JBL speaker mode, it’s 18H. Please note that the screen brightness will be reduced in battery mode to prolong usage time. You can adjust the brightness in setting if you need. *************** Maintaining high brightness may result in a slightly lower duration than 2.5 hours. Watch Netflix on T2? Due to copyright restrictions, most projectors (including T2) cannot mirror streaming services directly. Please use HDMI or USB. Meanwhile, we will soon launch an exclusive T2 TV adapter (sold separately), details will be updated on the product page. For now, please consider other affordable TV sticks for a seamless viewing experience. Remote and Batteries？ The remote control malfunction is usually due to insufficient battery power, not an issue with the remote itself. If you encounter this problem, please try replacing the batteries. T2 Usable Outdoors Daytime? The T2 weighs 2.4 kg (about 1.8 times the length and 1.5 times the width of an iPhone), has a large battery capacity, and is bright enough, making it a great choice for camping and outdoor viewing. However, due to brightness limitations, we recommend that you use it in a dark environment for the best viewing experience, such as a yard at night, a bedroom or living room with curtains drawn. About Auto Focus & Keystone Auto-focus and auto-keystone work best when the projector is within 15° of the wall. Greater angles may affect performance. Use electric focus and 4P keystone correction for large deviations. Attention：Ensure the focus receiver at the bottom is not obstructed to avoid focus failure. About Auto Obstacle Avoidance Before using the auto obstacle avoidance feature, make sure the auto keystone and auto focus functions are turned on. Obstacle avoidance may not be possible when there are white or other light-colored objects in the target screen.If you have any questions, please let us know immediately. Regarding the Power-On Issue Due to long transportation, the battery may have lost some charge and might not show as fully charged when you turn on the projector for the first time. This is normal and workable. Try holding the power button on the projector panel for 5 seconds to turn it on. About Screen Alignment When using screen alignment, please note the following: 1)Before using the screen alignment function, make sure that the automatic keystone correction and auto focus functions are turned on. 2)The screen with a white background should have a black or other clear border3)The projected image needs to be larger than the screen area before the screen is adapted.4)When using this function, please do not block the center of the screen. If the above steps do not solve the problem, please let us know. Can T2 USB charge a phone? The T2 projector’s USB port can power small devices like a TV dongle but cannot charge phones. Adjust Setting During Playback If the initial image quality is unsatisfactory, adjust the parameters in user mode. To modify image settings during video playback, press and hold the menu button for 3 seconds to access the settings menu. How to install the lens cap？ 1）Press and hold the ‘F-‘ button on the remote control for a few seconds until the lens fully retracts inward. 2）Once the lens is fully retracted, you can attach the lens cap securely. 3）After attaching the lens cap, you can then power off the projector. T2 vs.T2 Plus Unlike the T2 Plus model, the T2 does not come with the Google TV Dongle (which will be released for sale soon). If you require additional streaming services, you will need to purchase a streaming stick separately for now. ANSI VS Lumens We are committed to accuracy. We use the ANSI method (American National Standards Institute:ISO/IEC 21118) to measure light output. With 450 genuine ANSI lumens (T2 450 ANSI lumens ≈ other projectors with 600 ANSI or 20,000 lumens), the T2 outdoor projector delivers bright, clear visuals that meet your expectations. Connection The T2 projector WiFi connection does not support WPA3 encryption (some mobile hotspots are encrypted using WPA3. If Ios users cannot connect to the mobile hotspot, please open the phone settings – find ‘Personal Hotspot’ – turn on ‘Maximize Compatibility’ at the bottom to connect.
